White Spots on my Herbs

I have white spots on my basil, parsley and all the leaf plants and herbs.
What can I do to get rid of it and what is it. It kills my herbs and turns them
brown. I live in Florida and thought maybe I was over watering or the sun too hot.
Can anyone help me.

Thank You

White spots - Could be Whitefly
by: Backyard Farmer

They could be Whitefly, tiny sucking insects and a known vector for plant diseases. Typically found underneath leaves and quick to fly away when disturbed. Try hanging yellow sticky paper traps above your plants or encouraging predatory insects like Ladybirds to your garden.

Read the Wiki on them:

Hi, I think it could be leafhoppers I found some information here http://www.gardenersworld.com/how-to/problems/flowers/leafhopper/401.html. I also have infected leaves glad you brought this up.
